A mid slot capacitor device. This one increases the maximum size of the capacitor. As a consequence, the capacitor recharge rate is also increased. The amount the recharge rate increases by is dependent on how big of an increase the battery gives you... which could be very large, or minuscule. It also costs the most CPU, as well as taking a much more valuable mid-slot.

There are 4 different classes for different sized ships, and there is no stacking penalty.
