Like the Vengeance, the Malediction is now an extremely effective combat vessel. The only interceptor to get a tanking bonus, it is extremely effective at close range engagements, and can make a good substitute for a Crow for amarr players who don't want to train caldari frig V. The Malediction gets a better tank than its sister ship the Crusader, due to its excellent resistance bonuses. Unlike its bigger cousin the Vengeance, it can be used effectively in a very wide variety of combat situations; long range or short, gun or missile, the Malediction can fit the bill depending on your skills. Also, the resistance bonuses come right away when getting the ship, as that they fall under the amarr frigate skill, not the assault ships skill like the Vengeance.
